*THE AUCTION BEGINS IMMEDIATELY. ALL BIDS MUST BE PRESENTED NO LATER THAN MAY 15TH, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. Minimum bid is $150.00.
Bidder must include name, address and phone number, bid amount and method of final payment. No personal checks will be accepted. Bids can be made by email, fax, or in person. If by email or fax, the time they are received by Assumption will be the time of receipt. If received after 6pm on May 15, 2007, the bid will be considered a nullity.

Tickets do not include airfare, lodging, meals or any other expenses. All expenses other than the show tickets are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If there is a tie with the highest bidder, a blind drawing will be held at the Church at 7 pm May 15, 2007. The winner will be notified thereafter.

Bids are not blind. Therefore, you can contact the office for the amount of the highest current bid in order to place another bid.
